Nothing Much

Not much happening in world. I guess because I haven't been there much. I'm doing pretty good in the fashion business. I've made about 3K L$. It's kind of come to a halt lately though. I think I need to design more things.

I have such an urge lately to get into the landlord business. I so very badly want to build an apartment complex and rent out apartments. I'm thinking of a townhouse style. Make it really stylish but fairly cheap. I'm not sure if I should raise up my teir though. There is a HUGE plot for sale right next to me. I can afford it. I just don't know if I can afford the teir. I would love it though. ALL THOSE PRIMS :D.

Anyway, I'll keep you posted on the plan.
